James Reid and Nancy McDonie from the Kpop girl group, Momoland, were set to have a project together ("The Soulmate Project") It was announced back in 2020, but the production was halted due to the pandemic. 

Sometime in the first quarter of 2022, James and Nancy were spotted together at a Japanese restaurant with James' good friend from Pinoy Big Brother (A Filipino reality show), Ivan Dorschner and the James-Nancy shippers went wild!

A few months later they were spotted at a party in Los Angeles. Based on a TikTok video posted in a James - Nancy ship account, you can see James has his arm on a flaming red-headed girl's shoulder which made speculations that it is Nancy McDonie's shoulder.
